Classes and workshops are designed to deepen the awareness of who you are and how you relate to the powerful forces of life, including the Earth and her cycles, plants, animals, and landscapes, as well as your relationship with those divine beings supporting you on your soul's journey.​​​
To work with crystals fully is to understand their spirit. To understand their spirit is to forge your own personal relationship with them.
This class will guide you in how to safely and responsibly perform shamanic journeys, and offer you the space to understand who these crystal beings are and how to work with them.​​

The Winter Solstice is significant point in our yearly cycle. As the most yin day of the year, we are invited to slow down (even come to a still point), and focus our energy inwards.
