World peace through inner peace
Inner peace through reconnecting with the land and with soul

Trees are magical beings. Beyond the physical support they provide the environment, they also carry hidden, magical properties and medicines. Understanding this layer of who these beings are deepens your connection with the natural world.
This class will guide you in how to safely and responsibly perform shamanic journeys, and offer you the space to understand who these tree beings are and what medicine they have to offer.

Join us at the mouth of the Merrimack River, where we'll spend time getting to know the river as a living presence before following it to the Atlantic. Through meditation, simple shamanic practices, and quiet time with the land and water, you'll move beyond simply observing nature and enter into a deep relationship with it.
Together we'll explore the unique character of both river and ocean, paying attention to what each has to teach and what emerges as one flows into the other.
